I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms, although not ready on time, were tastefully decorated and had impressive beamed ceilings. The location was ideal for exploring Delft and beyond, with friendly staff greeting me with a glass of Prosecco. The dining experience was underwhelming, but the facilities were good overall.
Despite a late check-in after 3:00 PM, the room was not ready on time; however, the spacious and nicely furnished rooms with a beautiful view over the canal were big, clean, and well-isolated. Service was friendly and delightful at check-in, but there were some issues with restocking. The location, while perfect for exploring Delft, Rotterdam, and The Hague, is a hidden gem yet close to everything. The dining experience, with a lovely view of the canal, was nice, although somewhat disorganised at times. Overall, the hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms with friendly staff in a superb location for a good value.
