Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms, although not ready on time, were tastefully decorated and had impressive beamed ceilings. The location was ideal for exploring Delft and beyond, with friendly staff greeting me with a glass of Prosecco. The dining experience was underwhelming, but the facilities were good overall.
Despite a late check-in after 3:00 PM, the room was not ready on time; however, the spacious and nicely furnished rooms with a beautiful view over the canal were big, clean, and well-isolated. Service was friendly and delightful at check-in, but there were some issues with restocking. The location, while perfect for exploring Delft, Rotterdam, and The Hague, is a hidden gem yet close to everything. The dining experience, with a lovely view of the canal, was nice, although somewhat disorganised at times. Overall, the hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms with friendly staff in a superb location for a good value.
The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the main attractions in Delft and the train and bus stations. The rooms were big, clean, and well-isolated, providing a comfortable stay. The service was lovely and very attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The dining experience was somewhat underwhelming with simple dishes, but the hotel's location was perfect for exploring Delft.
The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Delft, Rotterdam, and The Hague, with a warm welcome and superb service. Rooms are tastefully appointed with impressive beamed ceilings, offering great comfort and isolation. However, the dining options could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The room had a nice view over the canal and was within walking distance of the main attractions in Delft. However, it was not ready in time even though I checked in late. The service was good overall, especially during check-in, but they were not on top of restocking. The location was perfect, close to everything, but the room was a bit small. The dining experience was adequate with continental self-service options. In terms of facilities, it had the essentials but could be better.
The hotel is beautifully situated next to the canal, offering bright and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and kind, although there were some issues with restocking. The dining experience is pleasant with a mix of sweet and savory options. The location is convenient, nestled in a quiet area yet close to everything.
